This website was designed for the Armed Forces Journal International, a well-regarded defense industry magazine.
The main challenge was to translate the look of the magazine to the website. Additionally, AFJI wanted a searchable site archive, a content management system that enabled them to easily publish their monthly content in-house, an online store, and miscellaneous forms for conference registration and subscriptions.
Dollbaby Interactive designed the site, from flash open to site search backend, in red, white and blue, utilizing the iconic images the magazine had long associated with it's publication.

The idea started as a way for a mother and daughter to keep in touch during their travels, and grew into a large community site. The challenge was to manage and encourage growth and yet retain intimacy and utility for its members.
Starting with the design metaphor and requiring the programming of extensive content management solutions, TravelogueUSA is a model of a thriving internet community site. Dollbaby Interactive built the site with a browser-accessible content management system easy enough for those not familiar with html to use.
Begun as a news portal that offered an alternative to the heavily branded portal sites like Yahoo or MSN, or sites that are ISP defaults, Dada Dinette offers a range of current news including top stories, financial, technological and science headlines. It offers more headlines in particular areas, should the reader care for greater depth. The Dinette also offers an online search engine and a reader forum.
The Dinette is just one of the areas within the Skylit Motel site. Skylit Motel members share poems and stories and other writing in The Atomic Bar. At Skylit Motel.com, members can sign up for free web pages. Dollbaby Interactive is still in the process of developing this site.
Peirce College BIS101The charge here was to create an engaging and highly interactive online tutorial to introduce students to doing research on the internet. To interest students in information research, Dollbaby Interactive created an investigator-in-training theme: the "Peirce Bureau of Information" or "PBI". The navigation and interactivities flowed from this metaphor. Dollbaby designed the site, breaking the educational content up into manageable chunks and distributing it throughout the site into scroll boxes. The interactivities reflect content ideas that Dollbaby successfully translated into lesson activities requiring participation from the user. The Flash open was designed to familiarize the user with the site layout. In addition to architecture, programming and the

Kitchen Sink Fabrications creates sets, props and museum displays from many different media. The most important feature for their website was an online portfolio which provided a visual guide to the kind of work which they do. In addition, Dollbaby Interactive added a simple database feature to keep track of anyone who asks for a brochure to be sent to them.
